Evolving multimodal mobility needs influences established human–product relationships and requires a deeper insight into color preferences for car interiors. Hence, a study was conducted in which 204 members of a web contest created 1,265 designs. After a peer‐evaluation process, 53 most‐appreciated and 34 least‐preferred interior color compositions were identified and compared to identify patterns in color choices. Besides, visual lightweight design by layering of large interior components such as the seat, a modest use of color and patterns accompanied by repetition and the framing of the entire interior to create a feeling of spaciousness were found. Additionally, differences in the type of color between most and least favored color designs were found. Brown and beige occur more frequently among the top‐ than the worst‐rated designs. Larger surfaces are favored in lighter hues and smaller components in darker hues. 相似文献

In the present study, flow homogenization by distributors in chemical apparatus is studied as a process of flow control and its mechanism is reconsidered from the model of resistance to the model of radial flow. This process is composed of four consecutive behaviors: the generation, distribution, conversion of the radial flow and the momentum transfer of axial flow. Based on these flow behaviors, the novel distributor is designed as the combination of perforated plate in the center area and vertical guiding baffles around. Taking the wire-screen catalytic reactor as a case study, numerical simulation is employed to optimize the structure of distributor and a CFD-based design scheme called “flow field analysis scheme” is proposed. Numerical simulation is conducted in the apparatus with a diffuser (inlet D0 = 500 mm, main part D1 = 3,000 mm) under the gas velocity of 3.6 m/s (corresponding Re ≈ 12,000). The numerical results from optimized distributor show that compared with the traditional perforated plate, the flow field adjusted by the novel distributor can achieve a better flow uniformity with lower energy consumption. Radial size estimation using radar high-resolution range profiles(HRRPs) and heading angle estimation are the main means for ship classification.The classification ability is closely related to the range resolution of the radar,precision of radial size estimation,and prior distribution of ship lengths in different offshore areas.We collected the AIS information on about 30 000 ships and their lengths in the four offshore areas of China in the ship information net of China.By fitting the data of ship lengths in each offshore area,it is found that the Weibull distributions provide good-of-fitness to the ship lengths and the parameters in individual area are rather different.Based on the prior distributions of ship lengths,we derived the quantitative relationship between the correct classification probability of big-moderate-small ships and the estimate error of ship radial size.The results indicate that the condition for the big-moderate-small correct classification probability in the offshore areas of China to be up to 90% is that the estimate errors of the ship radial size estimates falls into the interval(-12.67 m,9.41 m) when the heading angle of the ship is between ±75 degrees. 相似文献

In this study, two types of convolutional neural network (CNN) classifiers are designed to handle the problem of classifying black plastic wastes. In particular, the black plastic wastes have the property of absorbing laser light coming from spectrometer. Therefore, the classification of black plastic wastes remains still a challenging problem compared to classifying other colored plastic wastes using existing spectroscopy (i.e., NIR). When it comes the classification problem of black plastic wastes, effective classification techniques by the laser spectroscopy of Fourier Transform-Infrared Radiation (FT-IR) with Attenuated Total Reflectance (ATR) and Raman to analyze the classification problem of black plastic wastes are introduced. Due to the strong ability of extracting spatial features and remarkable performance in image classification, 1D and 2D CNN through data features are designed as classifiers. The technique of chemical peak points selection is considered to reduce data redundancy. Furthermore, through the selection of data features based on the extracted 1D data with peak points is introduced. Experimental results demonstrate that 2DCNN classifier designed with the help of 2D data feature selection as well as 1DCNN classifier shows the best performance compared with other reported methods for classifying black plastic wastes. 相似文献

In agricultural context, the principal cause of serious accidents for all-terrain vehicles(ATVs) is rollover. The most important parameters related to this risk is the ground slope. In this paper, we propose a structured observer to estimate the system states and the longitudinal tire forces using only wheel angular velocities measurement. The robust estimation is based on a second order sliding mode observer. This estimation is then used to build up a ground slope estimation. The algorithm is composed by two cascaded estimators.
